The masseuse (I believe her name was Luz) seemed like a very nice girl, but gave me a rub down that I would expect more from an amateur than a certified professional. If I decide to return, I certainly will ask for someone different.
(Anonymous, 4,743 days ago)I had the worst massage of my life here the last time I went to this spa end of 2009. The therapist knew less about massage than I did and struggled thru the appt. I called the owner of the spa and explained my disappointment....he said he was very sorry but he could have cared less and offered no compromise. I will never visit this place again and will share my experience with anyone who has an interest.

Until the present year- 2011- we have not heard a single complaint about the service you've received that day. As an answer to your phone call in January of 2011, our Director explained that we would not be able to refund you for the massage received in full in 2009, but since you have received a new Gift Certificate from your sister to our Spa in 2011, we would be more than happy to go against our Policy this time, and refund you for the unredeemed service of 2011. We are deeply sorry about your unpleasant experience in 2009 of our student in massage school, and we wish we had heard from you back then. In reality, a massage from an intern may not be always the perfect experience; they are still students, they are still learning, and trying to find out about the areas they need improvement on. Our clients' feedback are of great importance to them, and to us, because it is our intention to provide all of you with the best service, and make sure you leave our Massage School or our day Spa 100% satisfied. We would love to have you back, and show you that your past experience was an isolated situation, and that our interns are knowledgeable, and are perfectly capable to offer you a great Swedish Massage.
